My name is Kat, and my healing journey began 20yrs ago. I had a difficult life growing up and was on my own at a very young age, so the universe brought me down many, many paths that allowed me to gain experience, wisdom, courage, acceptance, and trust.

Ever since I can remember, I had my heart set on working in the healing realm in some way or another - from wanting to be a surgeon when I was a kid, to becoming a reiki master and yoga teacher - I was always wanting to heal humanity. But what I came to understand was that the only way to help others heal, was to heal myself. So, that's just what I did.

Fast forward 20yrs - I am now in a place where every thought, word, and action, comes from a place of unconditional love for myself and others. I am here to share that wisdom with you, so that you too, may lead a life from unconditional love - which is our true essence.

I've received multiple reiki treatments from Kat, both in person and distance. My first was in person. I had a difficult decision to make and was extremely conflicted, but after the treatment I knew exactly what I needed to do. It was as if the fog had been lifted and the feelings of guilt with it.
